What we review
Public-facing pages only
We review what a new customer can see. No backend access, no server logs, no admin panels.
Desktop and mobile inspection
We check the site on multiple screen sizes and browsers.
Local search presence
We review public local search signals, competitor visibility, and basic alignment.
Conversion path clarity
Homepage, service pages, trust signals, contact forms, quote flows, and mobile action paths.
What we do not do
No outcome guarantees
We do not guarantee rankings, revenue, leads, calls, bookings, or sales. Reports are advisory opinions.
No fake proof
We do not create fake testimonials, fake client logos, fake case studies, or fake revenue outcomes.
No compliance certification
We do not certify ADA, WCAG, HIPAA, PCI, SOC 2, or legal compliance.
No penetration testing
Unless explicitly scoped and qualified, we do not perform penetration testing or managed security.
No credentials required
Do not submit passwords, admin access, private customer data, or sensitive credentials through our forms.
No required monthly contract
The diagnostic is standalone. Repair Sprint and Watch Desk are optional and quoted separately.

Service boundaries
Diagnostic is the entry point
Every engagement starts with a flat-fee diagnostic. We do not sell repair, watch, or safety review before understanding the site.
Repair Sprint is separate
If the report shows fixable issues, we can quote a focused Repair Sprint. A separate written agreement is required.
Watch Desk is optional
Monthly oversight is quoted separately after diagnostic or repair. No required retainer.
Web Safety is conditional
Deeper web safety and cyber exposure review is only available when qualified partner capacity exists and is scoped in writing.
Founder-led delivery
Reports are reviewed personally. Capacity is limited. We do not pretend to be a large agency.
