1. Nature of service

Veldarium Site Forensics provides informational business consulting opinions in the form of website diagnostic reports. Reports are based on publicly visible website elements, positioning, user experience, trust signals, and basic local search visibility.

2. No guaranteed outcomes

We do not guarantee rankings, revenue, leads, traffic, conversion rates, security, compliance, or any specific business outcomes. Results depend on market conditions, competition, execution quality, customer behavior, and factors outside our control.

3. Client responsibility

The client is responsible for final business decisions, implementation choices, and operations. Our reports are advisory. We are not responsible for decisions made based on report findings.

4. Pricing and payment

Audit tier pricing is listed at the time of purchase. Pricing may change without notice. No report begins until scope and payment are confirmed. Repair Sprint work requires a separate written agreement and approval before any work begins.

5. Repair Sprint work

Any website repair, redesign, or implementation work requires a separate written agreement with clear scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms. Report fees do not include repair work unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.

6. Refunds

Review fees are non-refundable once work has begun. If we cannot complete the review due to technical issues on our end, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at your preference.

7. Intellectual property

The report is delivered to you for internal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the report as your own work without written permission.

8. Data handling

Submissions may be emailed to the operator and stored for follow-up. We do not sell your data. See the Privacy Policy for details on retention and deletion.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veldarium’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific review in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
