Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you submit a website audit request, we collect your business name, website URL, contact name, email address, phone number (optional), industry, business location, selected issues, preferred audit tier, urgency, budget readiness, repair sprint interest, and any notes you provide.

How we use it

We use this information to evaluate your website, prepare your audit report, communicate with you about the review, and quote repair work if requested. Your submission may be emailed to the operator (founder) and stored in our database for follow-up and record-keeping. We also send you a confirmation email so you know your request was received.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use your business details to solicit your customers or competitors.

Data retention

We retain review submissions and reports for our records and to improve service quality. If you want your data deleted after the review is complete, email founders@veldarium.com and we will honor the request within 30 days.

Security

We use standard security practices to protect submitted data. No system is perfectly secure. Do not submit sensitive financial information, passwords, or credentials through the audit request form.

Third-party tools

We may use email services (Resend) and database services (Supabase) to process and store your submission. These services have their own privacy policies and security practices. We use privacy-friendly analytics (Plausible) that does not use cookies or track individuals.
