What we do

Veldarium is a founder-led website forensics service. We review publicly visible business websites for the friction that stops visitors from calling, booking, or requesting a quote. Every report is reviewed personally by Cazar Brandes — not automated software with your logo pasted on top.

We work with local service businesses: contractors, home services, gyms, restaurants, consultants, and other companies that rely on trust and clarity to convert visitors into customers.

Why we contacted you

We review public business websites

Your website is publicly visible. We reviewed it as a potential customer would — looking for clarity, trust, mobile usability, and quote-path friction.

We noticed patterns we have seen before

Certain friction patterns appear repeatedly on businesses in specific industries. If we saw them on your site, we thought you might want to know.

We are not selling a magic fix

A website audit is a diagnostic, not a guaranteed outcome. We tell you what is wrong. You decide what to do about it.

We do not need your passwords

We review only publicly visible pages. No CMS access, no hosting credentials, no backend required.

What this is not

Not a guaranteed-leads promise

We do not guarantee rankings, revenue, leads, calls, bookings, or sales. The report is an advisory opinion.

Not a redesign pitch in disguise

The audit is the product. If you want us to implement fixes, we quote a Repair Sprint separately. No obligation.

Not automated software

Every report is reviewed by a real person on desktop and mobile.

Not a monthly retainer

Flat fee. One-time. No contract. No recurring bill.

Not spam

We reached out because we reviewed your site and thought you might find the audit useful. You can ignore this entirely.

Not a scam

We do not ask for passwords, payment upfront without confirmation, or personal information beyond what you choose to share.

What the audit covers

Homepage clarity

Does a visitor know what you do and where in 3 seconds?

Trust and proof

Reviews, credentials, project photos — are they visible and credible?

Mobile action path

Can a visitor call or quote without extra taps on a phone?

Quote and contact flow

Is the form short, clear, and confidence-building?

Service page depth

Do pages answer the questions that create hesitation?

Local visibility

Does your site signal local relevance to searchers?

You can ignore this entirely.

If you are not interested, that is completely fine. We will not follow up repeatedly. We do not add you to marketing lists without consent. We do not sell your information. This is a one-time note based on a public website review.

If you are curious, the sample report shows exactly what you would receive. The pricing page explains the tiers. And the request page lets you submit your site if you want a structured review.
